Yes. We send you a GLS/DHL label so you can post your parcel to our hub from anywhere in Germany or the EU at carrier cost. Within NRW, pickup is free from 10 kg.
Bank transfer (SEPA) or as agreed on WhatsApp before the shipment departs. For errands, you pay the approved quote — goods (per the receipts) + delivery + commission.
